About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Placement / Underwriting professional with strong exposure to Non-EB insurance lines such as Property, Engineering, Marine, and Miscellaneous segments. The role involves risk assessment, insurer negotiations, policy structuring, and client advisory within a broking or insurance setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate insurance proposals and supporting documents including financials, claim history, and business operations to assess risk profile.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and clients to understand coverage requirements and provide structured advisory support.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, negotiate premium rates, terms and policy wordings, and secure optimal coverage.
• Stay updated with underwriting appetite, pricing trends, and market developments while maintaining strong insurer relationships.
• Ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and maintain complete documentation and MIS records.
• Stay informed about IRDAI compliance requirements and ensure adherence in all placements.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Strategy & Planning
