Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end placement of Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) General Insurance risks , ensuring optimal coverage, competitive pricing, and timely policy issuance through effective coordination with insurers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Placement & Renewals

• Handle placement and renewal of Non-EB General Insurance policies , including:
• Property (Fire & Allied Perils)
• Engineering
• Marine (Cargo & Hull)
• Liability (Public, Product, Workmen’s Compensation, Professional Indemnity)
• Motor (Fleet & Non-Fleet)
• Cyber, D&O, and other specialty lines (where applicable)
• Obtain quotations from multiple insurers and negotiate premiums, deductibles, limits, and policy wordings.
• Analyze insurer quotes and prepare comparison sheets and placement recommendations .

Insurer & Market Coordination

• Maintain strong working relationships with underwriters and insurers .
• Track insurer appetite, capacity, pricing trends, and market movements.
• Support insurer meetings, risk presentations, and technical discussions.

Internal Stakeholder Support

• Work closely with Corporate Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams .
