The Marketing Analyst will support the company's Client Solutions team for B2B marketing efforts. The role of the Marketing Analyst will research market conditions and consumer behaviors and craft compelling sales collateral to showcase our product portfolio for our advertising customers and prospects across various categories. In addition, the Marketing Analyst will lead the process to create integrated marketing solutions that generate revenue and leverage the company's robust portfolio of branded content offerings, print and online media, events, and promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Research leads, strategize branded content solutions, and work closely with our content division and the sales team to develop robust and thoughtful content pitches for existing and new clients
  • Generate intel on other publishers' branded content offerings, capture examples and data on successful campaigns that brands have executed, and present findings to internal partners to inform our own branded content strategy
  • Analyze the assigned categories to identify leads, challenges, opportunities, and trends. Compile findings in a shareable way and present to sales partners
  • Conduct competitive analysis using media spending tools to compare the company to its media competitors
  • Develop B2B marketing materials including category and strategic decks, marketing one-sheets, and client proposals/RFPs
  • Research consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits, and present findings in an easy-to-understand way
  • Serve as primary sales contact for all category collateral and updates. Anticipate department needs and goals
  • Lead the design and content of B2B prospecting emails targeting assigned category advertisers
  • Ideate creative solutions to advertisers' media and marketing challenges, utilizing our full portfolio of offerings, and present them in a compelling way
  • Collaborates with colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes, contributes to project meetings by articulating progress and challenges, and suggests solutions
  • Demonstrates flexibility in responding to challenges and actively seeks feedback to find new ways to improve

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
  • 2-4 years of prior marketing and/or advertising experience
  • Ability to craft branded content pitch decks from scratch that are custom to each client
  • Knowledge of branded content and the content creation process
  • Ability to create engaging presentations and one-sheets
  • Must be able to work cooperatively and adaptively in a team setting
  • Must be able to work under pressure, multitask, and produce high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must have a solid understanding of fundamental marketing principles, including online digital and social media advertising, print, and social landscape

The Staff Engineer - iOS, will work on the team that brings CVS customers their "Shopping Super-power" - the customer-facing Flagship CVS Shopping and Pharmacy apps. As a Staff Engineer - iOS, you will be helping advance our architecture and Mobile Product, working with cross-functional teams such as design, product, analysts to deliver great user experiences. You will be considered a subject matter expert in software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle as well as in our e-Commerce domain.

About this business unit: CVS Mobile App (aka Retail App) is the fastest growing business unit in the organization - more than million daily average users. Apart from engineering, the team consist of talented Product Owners and UX designers.

Work breakdown structure for this role: In this role, you will be spending certain amount of time developing iOS code especially complex use-cases. In addition, you will be partnering with Product, UX and Engineers to iterate the features and improving our Product. You will also be mentoring/guiding team members on regular basis. In this role, the scope of development is not just limited to feature work but also will involve foundational architecture improvements.

Other responsibilities may include (but not limited to):

  • Improve and maintain our mobile apps CI and CD infrastructure and pipelines. Provide high level tooling support to team engineers

  • Collaborate to drive solutions that would reduce cost and time to market

  • Be responsible for end-to-end application delivery including coordination with required teams for production deployment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of Software development experience with at least 7+ years in designing/developing iOS Mobile applications

  • 5+ years of experience with modern iOS development frameworks such as SwiftUI

  • 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams such as design, product, data teams to deliver great user experiences

  • 3+ years of experience in influencing large organizations on best practices in Mobile iOS development

  • 3+ years of accessibility experience. Telemetry and observability experience beyond Firebase

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong desire to build in test from the start with TDD development experience. Continuous delivery in mobile, code review, static analysis, continuous integration, automation and functional testing (using XCUI and Snapshot)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118,450.00 - $284,280.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Staff Engineer - iOS, will work on the team that brings CVS customers their "Shopping Super-power" - the customer-facing Flagship CVS Shopping and Pharmacy apps. As a Staff Engineer - iOS, you will be helping advance our architecture and Mobile Product, working with cross-functional teams such as design, product, analysts to deliver great user experiences. Work breakdown structure for this role: In this role, you will be spending certain amount of time developing iOS code especially complex use-cases. In addition, you will be partnering with Product, UX and Engineers to iterate the features and improving our Product. You will also be mentoring/guiding team members on regular basis. In this role, the scope of development is not just limited to feature work but also will involve foundational architecture improvements.

Other responsibilities may include (but not limited to):

  • Improve and maintain our mobile apps CI and CD infrastructure and pipelines. Provide high level tooling support to team engineers

  • Collaborate to drive solutions that would reduce cost and time to market

  • Be responsible for end-to-end application delivery including coordination with required teams for production deployment

  • Continuously monitoring application health and KPIs, support triage of any production issues as and when needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of Software development experience with at least 7+ years in designing/developing iOS Mobile applications

  • 5+ years of experience with modern iOS development frameworks such as SwiftUI

  • 3+ years of experience in influencing large organizations on best practices in Mobile iOS development

  • 3+ years of accessibility experience. Telemetry and observability experience beyond Firebase

  • Strong desire to build in test from the start with TDD development experience. Continuous delivery in mobile, code review, static analysis, continuous integration, automation and functional testing (using XCUI and Snapshot)

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118,450.00 - $284,280.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
