Site Reliability Engineering Manager-Oracle/SQL

PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position Needed Skills & Qualifications: • Hands-on experience managing database technologies (Oracle and SQL Server) in a production support environment. • Proven track record of driving significant reductions in reactive incidents through proactive monitoring, tuning, automation, and continuous improvement. • Extensive technical expertise in database administration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, backup and recovery strategies, and high availability/disaster recovery solutions. • Experience managing large complex highly available Exadata environments. • Strong experience in incident management processes with a demonstrated ability to rapidly recover from complex, high-impact database production issues. • Expertise in database performance tuning, query optimization, indexing strategies, and managing database integrity and security. • Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring technical teams, fostering professional growth, and building high-performing teams. • Deep understanding and practical application of ITIL methodologies, incident/problem/change management frameworks, and continuous improvement principles. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to effectively interact with senior leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams. • Ability to develop strategic technical roadmaps, implement best practices, and drive adoption of emerging database technologies and practices. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Job Description:

Techno-functional experience with Oracle Cloud Subscription Management (OSS), Pricing configurations, Accounts Receivables, and Production Information Management (PIM). 2+ years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Subscription Management, specifically in pricing and usage-based billing, preferably in a cloud-based (SaaS) subscription model. Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Cloud (OSS), with a focus on implementing complex usage scenarios. Strong understanding of subscription business and system processes, including integrating subscription systems with eCommerce systems and other business applications. Experience with Oracle cloud APIs, Groovy scripting, BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI. Experience with extending Oracle Fusion Cloud applications using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PL/SQL, VBCS, APEX, Groovy, Java, BPM, and Object workflows. Strong understanding of the Oracle cloud application landscape, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies. Excellent spoken and written communication skills as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Project Management tools. Senior Consultant - Oracle EPM

SC&H's Business Performance Management Consulting Practice has an immediate need for Senior Consultants with Oracle EPM experience. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. We are the leader in providing EPM implementation services in the Mid-Atlantic region, and our continued growth is creating new opportunities for motivated and talented professionals. Senior Consultants must have a blend of both functional and technical knowledge of EPM solutions, and are primarily responsible for overseeing portions of an engagement, including application build, testing, and training activities. In addition, senior consultants must be well organized to ensure quality of client deliverables, manage project teams, and monitor project tasks to meet defined milestones. Key job responsibilities include:
  • Planning, designing, coordinating and implementing Oracle EPM or OneStream solutions
  • Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions such as Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud, Oracle Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud, and Oracle Data Management
  • Knowledge of Oracle on premise solutions such as Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Essbase, and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
  • Knowledge of OneStream software and Marketplace solutions
  • Organizing and overseeing both internal and external resources, including goal setting, project reviews and team meetings
  • Becoming intricately involved in client engagements from conception to completion
  • Preparing cost estimates, budgets, schedules and project plans
  • Actively participating in new business development
Qualification Requirements:
  • BS/MS in Accounting, Finance, Information Science, Business Analytics or another relevant field (CPA or MBA a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle Hyperion On-Prem solutions, and a commensurate level of general business expertise
  • Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must be able to manage own time effectively and communicate work status with managers
  • Must be a team player (Raises issues/concerns and seeks meaningful resolution)
