Job Overview Responsible for working with Fairview Pharmacy Services (FPS) leadership within their department in partnership with the Pharmacy System Training Team for department curriculum design, development, implementation, and execution for new and transferring employees to ensure consistency and the highest standards of customer service, process improvement and quality control. This includes training and orientation, workflows, policies, and competencies as well as ensuring the curriculum meets the needs of all stakeholders within in their department and consistent with Fairview Pharmacy Services Policies, Procedures and Standards.
Required Qualifications - Vocational School Vocational/Technical Pharmacy Technician Training Program or Degree or
- Associates degree in health care or related field or
- Equivalent experience
- 2 years pharmacy experience
- Pharmacy Technician MN
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification - If not Nationally Certified, will be required to obtain Pharmacy Technician National Certification within 1 Year
Preferred Qualifications - Associates or
- B.S./B.A.
- 1 year experience preferred in their department area
