We are dedicated to providing innovative solutions in provider onboarding and relationship management products. We focus on building tools which enable strong, long-term relationships with our providers and internal partners, ensuring seamless integrations and the best experience possible. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven individual to join our team as a Network Program Analyst and help enhance our provider management programs.

We are seeking an experienced Network Program Analyst to support our provider onboarding and relationship management processes. In this role, you will analyze business workflows, requirements and help improve the efficiency of provider-related network programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, hands-on experience with Salesforce, and familiarity with documenting integration requirements and data mapping.

This position requires a proactive problem solver who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to streamline provider workflows, improve system integration, and drive process optimization. Experience in managing integration requirements, mapping data between different systems, and leveraging tools like MuleSoft and Snowflake will be highly valued.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document provider onboarding and relationship management requirements
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage and optimize provider data, ensuring accurate records and smooth workflows throughout the onboarding process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate provider needs into system requirements and implement solutions for effective relationship management
  • Develop and maintain process flows, functional specifications, and user stories to ensure smooth provider integration and ongoing support
  • Assist in the documentation of integration requirements and data mapping for seamless system and process integrations across platforms
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate and manage data across systems, utilizing tools such as MuleSoft for integration and Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics
  • Analyze provider performance data and identify key areas for process improvement, providing actionable insights to optimize onboarding and relationship management processes
  • Assist in the integration of new tools or enhancements to support provider management efforts, ensuring systems remain aligned with business goals
  • Work with Jira to track and manage program-related tasks and project progress. Experience with Jira is preferred, but training will be provided if needed
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data across systems used in the provider onboarding and relationship management process
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to internal stakeholders and external providers, ensuring that new systems or processes are well-understood and successfully implemented

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Management or in a similar role
  • Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, data management, and integration within provider-related business processes
  • Experience in provider onboarding, relationship management, or network management
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver business solutions on time and within scope
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.) and familiarity with system testing, implementation, and change management processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst)
  • Experience with MuleSoft for system integrations and connecting applications, data, and devices
  • Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing, analytics, and leveraging cloud-based data platforms for business intelligence
  • Experience with Jira or other project management tools
  • Familiarity with business process automation and analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of provider relationship management best practices and industry standards

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Boeing Global Services (BGS) and Government Training Engineering (GTE) is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Lead and Senior-Level Principal Engineer & Product Managers to support the Vertical Lift Cargo Team i n Hazelwood, Missouri .

The selected candidate will join the Vertical Lift Cargo (MH-139 Grey Wolf, CH-47 Chinook, and V-22 Osprey) Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE) and will be responsible for leading the design, development, manufacture, integration, testing, delivery and maintenance of pilot and maintainer training devices for a program in the portfolio.

Senior Principal Engineers & Product Managers are responsible for managing the entire product life cycle across all engineering teams required to produce the final product. Your role includes project management, technical leadership and a strong desire to get the job done. You will be collaborating with the engineering teams and program management to maintain a common vision and deliver winning products.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for all engineering aspects of the product.
  • Collaborate with the technical leadership team.
  • Manage product release schedules and release activities.
  • Define plans for risk mitigation and opportunity.
  • Play an integral role in the development of the Statement of Work (SOW) and estimates to meet the requirements of our customers.
  • Coordinate with program management and engineering teams to develop and maintain execution plans.
  • Track execution progress and provide guidance for adjustments where necessary.
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and develop mitigation or execution plans.
  • Ensure the product is complete prior to delivering to the customer.
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
  • May be asked to support other programs or perform other duties as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering.
  • Experience developing and tracking program plans/schedules and budgets for technical projects.
  • Active Current U.S. Secret Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 14+ years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role.
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering.
  • Experience as an agile Product Manager, Product Owner or Scrum Master.
  • Experience with aircraft platforms, aviation, simulation, and training systems.
  • Experience with agile workflow tools such as VersionOne or JIRA.

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Roller Chain Division (RCD) in North and South America and will create and execute the short and long-term strategies that will provide the required sales and profit growth. This position will lead the organization's product management and marketing efforts for the complete portfolio of standard and made-to-order roller chain products and will require close interaction with Customers, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service to be successful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

  • Conducting market research to determine the strategic direction of the division through a variety of methods including, but not limited to, customer visits, attending industry association meetings and seminars, and web-based research. This will culminate in the creation and execution of the annual business plan.
  • Working closely with both the inside and outside sales teams to provide timely responses to customer and application questions by email, phone, and in-person visits. Will provide pricing guidance for day-to-day and large project quotes and will lead all contract pricing negotiations with large customers.
  • Identifying new products to be developed and working with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics, to successfully launch them to the market. This process will include identifying target markets and competitive products as well as developing detailed sales and margin projections and a formal go-to-market launch.
  • Providing technical product and application support to customers and sales by phone, email, and customer visits.
  • Development of pricing strategies for all assigned product lines to ensure sales and profit targets are met. Will be responsible for developing and monitoring all pricing policies. This will include regular review of all product line sales and costs and will require close interaction with manufacturing and accounting.
  • Creating the annual sales and bookings budget and the regular review of the financial performance to adjust the sales forecast monthly throughout the year.
  • Leading the marketing and advertising programs through digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels to promote the brand and increase awareness of key products. Work closely with both internal and external marketing resources to maximize the ROI for the advertising budget.
  • Other tasks/functions as assigned.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of successful product management, technical sales, or application engineering experience with a manufacturing company
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Bachelor's degree required, technical degree a plus
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a group across all levels of the organization
  • Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office, high-level Excel experience a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
