Project Controls / Closeout Coordinator (Telecom)

Selectek is looking for a Project Controls/Closeout Coordinator to join our client†s Telecom Project Controls team. This position is essential for the successful execution of team initiatives across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial project activities, including management, processing, and review. They will ensure compliance with procurement policies, handle data processing, and play a key role in gathering, quality-checking, and uploading closeout deliverables. This role is crucial for maintaining project integrity and financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Required: Experience in construction project controls, preferably in the telecom industry Prior experience working on AT&T Projects Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 3 Desired Locations/Market: Minnesota North Texas NY or NJ You do NOT have to sit in market but would need to be available to support the projects. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to develop and manage project plans, reports, and schedules. Perform data entry, reviews, and process project forms and deliverable documents. Maintain project trackers and third-party tracking databases. Assist in data collection, validation, and ongoing maintenance/updates in various internal and third-party systems. Manage project invoicing processes. Serve as a liaison between National Project Accountants and Procurement Participate in internal calls and provide administrative support as needed. Act as the primary point of contact for project status communications to the project team. Analyze data and create action items for team members based on project status. Prepare and deliver project reports to project staff. Collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams on process improvements and efficiencies. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Senior Specialist Marketing Operations, MLP and SEO

The Senior Specialist Marketing Operations, MLP and SEO will be responsible for optimizing marketing landing pages (MLP's) and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and digital marketing, with a proven track record of improving website performance and driving organic traffic growth. This role is 100% dedicated to ESPN. This role reports to the VP Product Marketing. This role is based in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and work through requests for Cannonball/Nexus updates for ESPN MLPs

  • Partner across team to launch, maintain and evaluate A/B tests to optimize MLPs for conversion

  • Lead reporting and analytics for MLPs

  • Expert on building, updating and finding new features for MLPs to deliver on goals and businessneeds

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic.

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.

  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, CRM and more to ensure SEObest practices are integrated into all marketing efforts.

  • Determine roadmap for automation for business needs to modernize existing tools and systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations or digital marketing, with a focus on working in CMS tolls for SEO and landing page optimization.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $108,500.00 to $145,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs, and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly employees whose primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Team members employees must act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies; including

  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so
  • General cleaning duties; and
  • Compliance with our company dress code.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for each position include, but are not limited to, the following: Box Office
  • Operating POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards and redeemed discount tickets, passes and coupons
  • Up selling/suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).
  • Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
  • Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy
  • Responding to phone calls and questions from guests in a manner that is consistent with our guest service philosophy
Concession
  • Operating POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards and redeemed coupons as well as concession stock inventory.

  • Required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.
Usher
  • Tearing tickets, collecting and depositing appropriate stub, and directing patrons to their auditoriums.
  • Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable.
  • Managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats in auditoriums when necessary
  • Enforcement of MPAA rating system
  • Conducting in theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and help maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriums
  • Reporting to the management any problems, discrepancies or unusual situations that arise at the theatre.
  • Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed by management
  • Cleaning auditoriums at the end of scheduled shows and maintaining clean restrooms, lobby area, hallways and other areas outside of the auditorium
  • Monitoring the cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment
  • Assisting with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management
Pay Scale Information: $17.50 Benefits: Our team receives the perk of enjoying free movie passes and discounted concessions at any Regal location. Additionally, all team members are eligible to participate in our 401(k) retirement plan, with a company match, once they reach the age of 21 and have completed six months of service.
