Automotive Sales Consultant Job Description:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be interacting with customers and helping them select the vehicle to meet their needs. You will be trained to use your knowledge of the latest car models and features to guide customers through the selection process and ensure that customers are aware of the various financing and leasing options available to them.
Pay Range: $80,000 per year and above (based on level and job performance) - Top Performers Earning $150k plus!
-High Volume Markets: Honda Cars of McKinney and Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco.
-Starting Salary Guarantee.
Automotive Sales Consultant Schedule: Full Time, 5-day work week, morning/afternoon/evening/weekend shifts.
-Dealership hours Monday-Saturday between 9:00am-9:00pm, closed on Sundays.

Automotive Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities:
-Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and optimize pricing strategies.
-Negotiate deals effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Conduct cold calling efforts to generate leads and expand customer base.
-Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
-Collaborate with dealership staff to create a seamless buying experience for customers.
-Utilize software tools for tracking sales progress and managing customer relationships.
Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications:
-Valid Driver's License.
-College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
-2-3 years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred (automotive or similar fast-paced environment).
-Dealership experience is a plus!
-Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed.
