Sr. Delivery Consultant - DevOps, WWPS ProServe

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, as a Delivery Consultant you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer. JOB SUMMARY This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts.   • Responsible for retrieving and putting away golf carts daily.
  • Keep up to date with accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, apartment availability, floor plans and dimensions.
  • Stay aware of the local market conditions and trends.
  • Contribute ideas to the community manager for marketing the community and improving resident satisfaction.
  • Actively manage the lease renewal process.
  • Be courteous and efficient in handling resident requests and complaints.
  • Enter all guest cards completely and in a timely manner.
  • Maintains work areas and the office in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Ensure all resident information is kept confidential and secure.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in leasing/property-management software (e.g. Yardi, AppFolio, MRI); strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
