We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, requirements, and functional specifications to support the successful completion of projects. The Business Analyst/Project Manager will also be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize project requirements and goals.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and changes.
• Documentation is a crucial part of this role. Documentation keep our internal knowledge base and feature directory up to date.
• Work with technical teams to ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Ensure that projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Prepare project reports and present findings to management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or project management.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience in software development life cycle methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Jira.
• Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modeling, and use case analysis.
