About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Software Coordinator to support the deployment and ongoing usage of Manage My Lawsuits (MML) software at a government department in Bhopal. The candidate will act as the bridge between government officials, legal teams, and the software support team, ensuring smooth onboarding, data management, user training, and day-to-day usage.

Note: Selected candidate will undergo a one-month training at the company's head office in Bangalore before deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all MML software-related activities at the Ministry Office.

Coordinate with government users, advocates, and legal staff for software onboarding and training.

Assist in entering, verifying, and updating litigation data, including case status, hearing dates, court details, etc.

Provide live support for login issues, data entry, software functionality, and feature usage.

Schedule and conduct training sessions for new users and provide refreshers as needed.

Generate and submit daily reports on software usage, pending tasks, user issues, and overall progress.

Ensure data accuracy and assist in troubleshooting integration issues with court websites (where applicable).

Follow up with concerned officers on data discrepancies, case updates, or missing information.

Support the implementation of new features or updates as per the rollout plan.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Law / IT / Management or related field.

Prior experience in legal/litigation processes, government work, or case management software is preferred.

Proficient in computer usage, data entry, MS Excel, and web-based applications.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle coordination with multiple stakeholders and follow up independently.

Knowledge of local courts, legal terminology, and government hierarchy is a plus. Personal Attributes:

The Role:

The Country legal counselnserves as the chief legal officer of the organization having strong hold on Company Law and Regulations overseeing all legal matters to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, managing risks, and supporting the company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
