  • Should have led EWM requirements gathering, preparation of functional specification document (FSD), Technical functional specification document (TSD). Should have supported Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), executed data migration and user training in EWM
  • Provide strategic direction and technical expertise in architecting end-to-end warehouse solutions within the SAP S4 HANA framework that meets business objectives
  • Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EWM processes and interfaces, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Resolve day-to-day production issues and queue monitoring
  • Implement custom SAP EWM solutions, including RF mobile transactions, warehouse processes, and automation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize and streamline warehouse processes using automation technologies such as robotics and RFID.
  • Train and support end-users on SAP EWM processes and systems.
  • Design, configure and implement SAP EWM, PP, and QM solutions according to business requirements
  • Drive integration efforts between warehouse management and other key business functions, including Manufacturing, QM (Quality Management), IM (Inventory Management), Procure to Pay, and Finance, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment
  • Plan and manage assigned work activities, work through Jira project plans, complete projects on time and on budget. Participate in Daily Scrum meetings and provide updates on the assignments.
  • Conduct SAP functional training for the internal team members and Business users when needed.
  • Work on integrating SAP S/4HANA with other SAP solutions as well as third-party systems
  • Writing Specs and collaborating with technical team on RICEFW Development.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and resolve any issues during the deployment process
  • Collaborate with Application Managed Services provider support team to quickly resolve critical operational issues that impact business functions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EWM processes and interfaces, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in architecting SAP EWM and SCM solutions
  • Extensive experience designing and configuring SAP EWM in S4HANA and its integration with the other Modules such as SD, MM-IM, PP and 3PL
  • Solid knowledge of ABAP development for EWM enhancements and custom solutions.
  • Experience on EWM and in handling Unit Management, Storage Unit Management,
  • Experience setting up RF Framework / Bar Code Scanners, Labels, Printing
  • Experience with EDI/IDoc and interfaces for vendor and logistics communication.
  • Experience with MES systems
  • Experience in PPF and RF frameworks
  • Proficiency in debugging and resolving issues in SAP EWM, MM/IM, PP and SD.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and UI5 development for warehouse applications.
  • Experience in working with automation technologies (e.g., AGVs, robotics) within SAP EWM
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, including knowledge of embedded EWM.
  • Proficient in developing custom ABAP reports, BADIs, BAPIs, user exits, and enhancements for EWM.
  • Customize and enhance SAP EWM functionality using ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, and related technologies.

Equipment Management Administrator (SAP)

As a SAP Tool Administrator, you are responsible for equipment registration and maintenance plans. As the Systems, Applications & Products Senior Manager, you will be the main responsible manager for the SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) and SAP Plan to Perform (PL2Pe), maintaining the template and landscape up to date, supporting the business in designing and developing new solutions, ensuring that all changes, projects, enhancements and fixes are applied according to the SAP activate methodology and best practices of the industry. As the SAP functional leader, you will manage the functional team based on the business priorities, coordinating and communicating in a timely manner with the stakeholders. As an important agent for change and innovation, you'll need to be up to date with recent updates of existing and new modules in the market, SAP and non-SAP, that bring efficiency or robustness to the core business process while pushing cutting edge technologies or automation. The focus of the role is to manage the EPPM and PL2Pe value streams.

The individual is expected to be an expert in global organization management with the ability to handle team members dispersed across multiple United States (US) sites as well as other global locations outside of US. Strong business acumen and excellent partnership skills are of paramount to work in demanding and highly skilled work environment to collaborate and influence people and decisions from the stakeholders and other IT divisions. The role reports to the executive director and the individual is expected to lead a team of Senior Managers and individual contributors in higher levels.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of SAP EPPM and SAP PL2Pe implementation experts through SAP S4 projects, responsible for design and delivery within our SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) organization

  • Create stakeholder communications with Leadership Teams, Project Teammates and SAP CoE partners

  • Create standards and maintain templates for successful EPPM and Pl2Pe implementations

  • Ensure clear, concise project overview and status content is readily available for Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) organization leaders

  • Identify and lead process improvements and apply best SAP Practices and Industry Standards

  • Support and manage skill and career growth for reporting team

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and SAP Controlling (CO) and its integration with SAP EPPM for financial tracking and reporting

  • 8+ years of experience in implementing SAP EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management) in SAP S4

  • 8+ years of experience with leading and managing teams through SAP S4 projects

  • 5+ years of experience in managing financial cost reporting within PL2Pe

  • 3+ years of experience in budgeting and cost analysis

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S/4HANA Portfolio and Project Management

  • Experience with SAP Active Methodology and Agile implementations

  • Experience guiding teams through complex business requirements to enable execution with credibility and integrity

We are seeking a dynamic SAP SCM/OTC Solution Architect to join our Commercialization & Enabling Functions Team. This role is critical to the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain (SMC) and Order to Cash (OTC) solutions, with a particular focus on supply chain processes and master data management as well as Sales Order Processing, Billing, Credit Management, and Customer Master Data. A core component of this position is strategic and operational collaboration with the SAP Business Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure cross-functional alignment and scalable solution delivery across Genmab's global landscape. The Role As the SAP SCM/OTC Solution Architect, you will:
  • Lead the architecture, deployment, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and Order to Cash solutions.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise in Subcontracting, Demand Management, Production Planning, Inventory Management and Master data processes.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise in order management, billing, and customer fulfillment processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the SAP Business CoE to drive standardization, scalability, and continuous innovation across commercial and supply chain operations.
  • Translate complex business needs into secure, scalable, and compliant SAP solutions.
  • Act as a tactical liaison between SAP Business CoE, systems integrators, AMS providers, and core IT functions.
Responsibilities
  • Architect SAP S/4HANA solutions for the full Product lifecycle, including MRP process and Demand Management, Production Planning, Order and Inventory Management, Transportation & Quality management, and Master Data.
  • Architect SAP S/4HANA solutions for the outsourced OTC lifecycle, including Order Management, Delivery Processing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management.
  • Serve as a key partner to the SAP Business CoE, ensuring business goals and strategic direction are embedded in technical design and execution.
  • Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance frameworks (SOX, GxP, GDPR).
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to gather business requirements and develop functional/technical specifications in coordination with the SAP Business CoE.
  • Oversee systems integrators and AMS partners to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of solutions.
  • Understand, document, design and deliver SAP configurations and functional specifications.
  • Support the implementation of best practices in SCM and OTC processes through collaboration with the SAP Business CoE.
  • Stay ahead of SAP S/4HANA innovations and advise on opportunities for continuous improvement within the SCM/OTC domains.
  • Leverage Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Smartsheet) for agile delivery and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations focused on OTC and SCM.
  • SAP Certification in SD, MM, PP-PU and MM, or S/4HANA Sales/Logistics/Planning modules is a strong advantage.
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, and their integration with logistics and financial operations.
  • Strong experience in Demand and Supply Network Planning across global supply chains.
  • Hands-on expertise in Subcontracting processes involving Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
  • Understanding of Logistics and Inventory Management
  • Working knowledge of Transportation Management and its integration with sales and distribution workflows.
  • Proficient in Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) processes including order entry, pricing, delivery, returns, and invoicing.
  • Familiarity with outsourced Order-to-Cash solutions using 3PL/4PL providers, including EDI integration, fulfillment tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated experience in life sciences or similarly regulated industries with SDLC and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, digital automation, or AI-driven finance tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
