Sr. System Testing Analyst I

DPP is seeking a Sr. System Testing Analyst for an opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level US security clearance (Public Trust). Work arrangement:
  • Partial onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and as needed
  • W2 position; 12 months
  • Must be eligible to earn a low-level US security clearance, which requires a thorough background search and US citizenship.
Position summary:
  • Provide service for multiple clients, including onsite service where needed.
  • Make recommendations to clients on how to improve testing activities.
  • Track quality assurance metrics.
  • The position holds a critical role in the application development process; testing new or modified applications to make sure they will work in the client's operating environment.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent project planning, organization, and management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of data processing terminology, operations, and architecture utilized in debugging application/environmental problems.
  • Thorough understanding of systems migration processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skill in testing data creation and manipulation.
  • Ability to understand functional connections between applications.
  • Ability to utilize test requirements, specifications, diagrams, logic functions, etc.
Required technologies:
  • Knowledge of Java, WebSphere, Windows, and other middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of DB2, SQL, Oracle, IMS, and VSAM.
  • Skill in Whitebox testing, integration testing.
Nice to have:
  • Selenium
  • Puppeteer
  • Appium
  • The preferred candidate should have experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • The preferred candidate should have knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • The preferred candidate should have experience testing Web applications.
Minimum required work experience:
  • 7 years of IT experience including experience developing test plans and/or test matrices.
Required education/equivalencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
  • OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
  • OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 11 years without a degree)

Corporate Accounts Manager - Remote

SUMMARY:

Pace Analytical is seeking a Corporate Accounts Manager to lead the management, growth, and administration of master service agreements within our Corporate Accounts Program. This strategic role will support and guide sales team members, foster client relationships, and drive the continued expansion of our national account base.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead the growth of corporate contract customers, both new and existing.
  • Manage and maintain master service agreements across all corporate accounts.
  • Administer and communicate key account information across internal teams.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and key account metrics.
  • Collaborate with regional Account Executives to support territory account management.
  • Travel as needed to client sites and regional offices across the U.S., approximately 60%
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of account data to identify trends and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee and maintain account management documentation, forms, and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Actively contribute to team initiatives, offering input for continuous improvement.
  • Represent Pace Analytical professionally by delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in account management, preferably in environmental laboratory services or a related industry.
  • Proven experience working with master service agreements or managing strategic accounts.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in Environmental testing field, Required
  • Expertise in environmental laboratory services strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with remote teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.

Testing Engineer/Scientist

Overview Testing Engineer /Scientist (SSETS-9): Bowhead is seeking a Testing Engineer /Scientist to work G/ATOR testing of system update releases supporting the Electromagnetic and Sensor Systems Department at Naval Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. In this role, you will ensure the readiness and reliability of critical Naval Surface Combat Systems by supporting certification efforts that align with mission requirements and defense standards. Responsibilities The Testing Engineer/Scientist will collaborate with engineering teams, program offices, and senior leadership to assess system capabilities, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations to ensure our combat systems are mission ready. If you have a passion for supporting the warfighter through technical expertise and operational excellence, we invite you to bring your skills to our team. Job duties include but are not limited in: Provide system and engineering support for certifying current and future Naval Surface Combat Systems and associated elements. Conduct Combat System certification assessments in alignment with Department of the Navy and Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) certification policies, evaluating mission effectiveness, capabilities, limitations, and associated deployment risks. Offer recommendations to translate critical certification defects into operational risks, impacts, and actionable guidance. Devleop write and anlyze test plans supporting G/ATOR programs Collect, evaluate, and maintain artifacts as Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) to support certification processes. Prepare certification-related documentation, including Certification Plans, Statements of Findings (SOFs), assessment and status reports, and authorization or certification letters for Combat Systems. Compare test results to requirements and analyze reuslts and reccomond path forward Plan, schedule, and manage authorization and deployment panel activities. Engage with senior DoD/DoN personnel, providing clear communication and detailed briefings. Recommend process improvements and tool enhancements to support a streamlined enterprise-wide certification approach. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, computer or electronics engineering. Other acceptable majors include mathematics, computer science or physics and 4 or more years of industry and/or DoD experience. US citizenship and at minimum an active secret clearance Navy Combat Systems engineering experience. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience in system testing, validation, and verification, with emphasis on hardware and software integration. Experience in the development and execution of test plans, test procedures, and test reports for complex systems. Experience with automated testing tools and data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB and other modeling programs) for performance validation. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects, timelines, and priorities. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
