About the Job

Clove, a London-based fintech AI startup, is hiring a Founding ML Engineer/Researcher for a hybrid, full-time role. You will own evaluation, data, training, and deployment into a regulated product, shaping the ML stack from the ground up.

You will build benchmarks for personal-finance guidance, fine-tune and distill models for financial advice, investigate model failures on numbers and rules, and ship trusted components to our adviser platform and consumer app.
