THG Ingenuity is hiring an Assistant Financial Controller to support the financial performance of its fulfilment operations across multiple sites. You will partner with site leads and commercial teams to drive profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis.

The role focuses on operational costing, onboarding new clients, month-end processes, and developing pricing models for fulfilment cost assumptions. A strong finance background in logistics or operations is preferred.
