In this role, you can expect to focus in the following areas:
Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, prospects, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Building strong relationships while supporting advisors and helping clients navigate requests, paperwork, and service needs
Preparing client meeting materials, reports, account paperwork, and transfer documentation
Coordinating client appointments, scheduling meetings, and helping ensure every interaction is seamless
Supporting account opening and onboarding activities for prospective and existing clients
Utilizing Salesforce and other technology tools to maintain accurate client records and document interactions
Working closely with custodians, advisors, and internal teams to resolve client questions and service requests
Assisting with office operations, client events, and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and guests
Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality
A couple things to note about our Client Services Associate position:
Location: Currently based in our St. Paul office at 2250 Town Square Tower, 445 Minnesota Street. Our team plans to relocate to Eagan, MN before the end of the year.
Work Model: This is primarily an in-office position. We believe strong collaboration and exceptional client service start with being connected to your team.
Flexibility: Once fully trained and successfully onboarded, there may be an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.
Transportation: Reliable transportation is important as the position requires regular in-office attendance.
Industry Experience: Previous experience supporting advisors, clients, or operations within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), wealth management, banking, insurance, or financial services environment is highly valued.
Qualifications The Client Services Associate position typically requires the following qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly preferred
2+ years of client service, administrative support, or operations experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or a related field
Previous experience within an RIA or advisor support environment highly preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and client focus
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute wherever needed

Our Total Rewards At Savant, we invest in our people, supporting both their well-being and long-term growth. We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $85,000 annually. Actual compensation is determined on an individual basis and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and market conditions.
