Key Responsibilities
Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
Support daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant functioning

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous restaurant, kitchen, or leadership experience preferred

Ability to work evening and night shifts reliably
Able to close Monday-Saturday
Commitment to food safety and sanitation practices
ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong team player with ability to manage performance and behavior issues
Reliable transportation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
