SEO & Paid Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities SEO & Content Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, traffic, and keyword rankings. Optimize website content for traditional and AI-powered search, including Google, Bing, and emerging AI search experiences. Conduct regular technical, on-page, content, and competitive SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations. Identify and resolve e-commerce SEO opportunities related to product pages, category pages, internal linking, faceted navigation, and structured data/schema. Perform keyword research and identify opportunities for new and existing website content. Develop strategies to improve rankings for priority e-commerce product pages, category pages, and blog content. Write and optimize SEO-focused blog articles, landing pages, category pages, and other website copy. Refresh and optimize existing content based on search performance and keyword opportunities. Monitor organic search performance, keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and other key SEO metrics using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. Stay current on search algorithm updates, AI search developments, and SEO best practices. Paid Advertising Own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Google Ads campaigns. Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, keywords, audiences, targeting, and ad copy. Manage relevant Google Ads campaign types, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing. Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and Shopping campaign performance. Analyze campaign performance and optimize toward ROAS, revenue, conversions, and other business goals. Conduct paid search keyword and competitive research. Maintain accurate conversion tracking and measurement across Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 to ensure reliable performance reporting. Identify testing and optimization opportunities to continually improve campaign results. May support Amazon Ads and other marketplace advertising as the role develops. Additional Digital Marketing Support social media scheduling, content publishing, and maintenance of the content calendar as needed. Write or edit captions and coordinate existing photo, video, and graphic assets for social media content. Support email marketing campaigns using established templates and creative assets as needed. Write and edit email copy, including subject lines, preview text, and calls to action, when required. Support additional digital marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed. What Success Looks Like Improve organic traffic and rankings for priority product and category pages. Grow Google Ads revenue while maintaining or improving target ROAS. Identify and implement SEO opportunities that translate into measurable revenue and conversions. Maintain accurate tracking and provide clear, actionable performance reporting. Continuously test and improve campaigns, landing pages, and content. Experience & Qualifications Required 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience: including keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and website auditing. 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience: with direct responsibility for campaign strategy, management, and optimization. Demonstrated ability to improve organic search rankings and traffic through SEO strategy and execution. Experience writing and optimizing SEO-focused blogs, landing pages, and website content. Strong understanding of current SEO best practices and search engine ranking factors. Familiarity with AI search optimization and evolving search behavior, or a demonstrated ability to stay current with emerging search technologies. Experience analyzing SEO and paid advertising performance and translating data into actionable strategies. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and marketing channels simultaneously. Experience with social media publishing and email marketing platforms is preferred but not required. Amazon Ads experience is a plus but not required.
