Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager for our solo Boots Fareham counter. You will lead customer experiences, drive sales, and manage daily counter operations with support from the Area Manager.

As a solo counter, no prior team management is required, but you will handle management aspects, maintain brand presentation, stock, and events to boost revenue and brand loyalty. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
