About the Job

Providing evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, the part-time or full-time Michigan Licensed Mental Health Therapist will work remotely, managing their own caseload and clinical decisions while receiving support from a dedicated care team. Key responsibilities Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth Build individualized treatment plans around each patient's goals and needs Complete documentation in the EMR, utilizing AI-assisted notes Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this role is posted Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records Medicare billing experience a plus
