About the Job

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is representing a fast-growing plastics manufacturing business in Peterborough seeking a Commercial Finance Manager. You will act as the key financial advisor to directors, delivering strategic insights, variance analysis and informed budgeting.

The role is fully autonomous, Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with flexitime, training and a discretionary bonus. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and strong Excel capabilities to drive improvements.
