Job Description Occupational Physician (f/m/d)
YOUR TASKS:
Advise and support employees and managers on all aspects of occupational medicine and workplace health protection
Independently perform occupational health assessments, fitness-for-work examinations, and medical consultations in accordance with legal requirements
Provide outpatient medical care for employees, including first aid and emergency medical treatment
Assess work‑related health risks and advise on preventive measures to promote employee health and occupational safety
Support the safe handling of hazardous substances and contribute your occupational health expertise to workplace risk assessments
Collaborate closely with Occupational Safety, Human Resources, Health Management, and other internal and external stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE:
Board-certified Specialist in Occupational Medicine, or board-certified specialist in a patient care discipline with the willingness to complete specialist training in Occupational Medicine
Solid experience in independent patient care and emergency medicine
Ideally, knowledge of occupational health surveillance and the assessment of hazardous substances
Responsible, independent, and structured way of working
Strong communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills, combined with a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
