What You’ll Do
As a Team Leader, you will:
Lead by example and model Chick-fil-A Toledo's ELITE values
Train and coach new and existing Team Members
Help maintain high standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, and guest experience
Complete training audits, FSA/RSA assessments, and leadership shift practices
Support OneClick cleaning and operational checklists
Recognize, encourage, and develop Team Members
Serve as a knowledgeable resource within your business area
Attend leadership meetings and development opportunities
Help create a positive, unified, and high-performing team

Schedule
This position averages 25–40 hours per week .
Team Leaders must be able to perform Team Leader responsibilities at least 3 shifts per week and provide one of the following availability windows:
6:00 AM–4:00 PM | 2:00 PM–11:00 PM | Open Availability
Pay
Part-Time: $14.50–$15.75/hour
Full-Time: $17.50–$18.25/hour
