Title: Enterprise Sales Director, Marketing
Location: Los Angeles or New York (Hybrid)
Salary: $120,000–$150,000 base + competitive commission + bonus

The Role
Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
Build trusted relationships with senior marketing, brand, and content leaders
Develop strategic account plans that drive new business and long-term revenue growth
Partner with creative and production teams to develop customized client solutions
Close high-value enterprise agreements while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline
Represent the business at industry events and contribute market insights to help shape go-to-market strategy
The Ideal Candidate
Experience selling into enterprise marketing or brand teams
Background in MarTech, AdTech, creative technology, SaaS, production, agency, or hybrid technology/services environments
Proven success managing complex, consultative sales cycles and high-value accounts
Naturally curious, relationship-driven, and comfortable selling customized solutions rather than off-the-shelf products
Strong commercial mindset with a passion for helping clients solve business challenges through creative and technology
