About the Job

St Francis Hospice in Bovingdon is seeking a hands-on Deputy Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager in delivering charity shop operations three days per week. You will lead volunteers, drive sales and Gift Aid, and ensure an engaging customer experience that raises funds for Hospice care.

Candidates should have charity retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage stock and reports using IT systems. A driving licence and transport are desirable.
