Social Media Specialist

Salary to £35,000 + Benefits

CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Social Media Specialist on behalf of a well-established, customer-focused business. This full-time, office-based role in Hove pays up to £35,000 depending on experience. It is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, commercially minded social media professional to take ownership of a brand's online presence. You'll plan and deliver campaigns that make a measurable difference to website traffic, enquiries and sales, and you'll also lead on charity partnerships and community initiatives. It's a varied, hands-on role with real scope to shape strategy and see the impact of your work.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Shape and manage the social media strategy and content calendar, lining activity up with wider campaigns and launches
• Plan, deliver and review digital campaigns from first concept through to results
• Create photography, graphics and short-form video, with occasional travel to capture content on location
• Monitor performance against KPIs, report on results and use the data to improve future activity
• Look after community engagement, influencer relationships and charity partnerships, working closely with the Head of Marketing

What Experience is Required

• A proven background in social media marketing or digital campaigns, with measurable results to show for it
• Confident photography, videography, editing and copywriting skills, using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or CapCut
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, plus a willingness to travel within the UK when needed

Salary & Benefits
