Supporting the design and creation of training programs for The UPS Store franchise network, the full-time remote Instructional Design Specialist will manage projects, collaborate with subject matter experts, and develop various instructional materials, including instructor-led training programs and online resources. Key responsibilities Provides instructional expertise and recommendations to support the creation and implementation of training programs and materials Coordinates with subject matter experts and project managers throughout course development to meet project goals Produces instructional materials for various delivery methods, ensuring alignment with training specifications and learning objectives Required qualifications Experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of visual design principles and ability to create engaging learning materials Experience creating executive-level reports and data visualizations related to training performance Instructional Design experience in a corporate environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and developing instructional content
