One Step Forward in Newark is seeking an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to provide one on one ABA services to children with autism. This part-time role offers afternoon/evening hours and the support of an experienced clinical team while building a consistent schedule.

You will follow an individualized treatment plan developed by a BCBA, work on communication and daily living skills, and collect data to monitor progress in home sessions.
