Key Skills & Requirements: Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required
Experience supporting pediatric clients preferred
Ability to assess, plan, and implement tailored physical therapy interventions
Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists
Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with a range of student needs across all K-12 grades
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services to students onsite in accordance with IEP goals
Complete evaluations, documentation, and progress monitoring for each student
Develop customized treatment plans and interventions based on individual assessments
Consult with teachers, staff, and families on strategies to enhance student mobility and participation
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute observations and recommendations as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
