**Join Our Dynamic ER Nursing Team!**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse - ER
- **Unit:** ER RN
- **Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (12:00 PM - 12:30 AM)
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Experience Required:** 1 year
- **First Timers Considered:** Yes
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced emergency room environment.
- Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4, ensuring personalized care.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.
**Requirements:**
- **Certifications:**
- ACLS
- BCLS
- NIH
- PALS
- **Experience:**
- Epic charting experience is required.
- Community hospital experience is preferred.
- **Scheduling:**
- Must be open to working 3 out of 5 major holidays.
- Weekends may exceed every other to meet unit needs.
- **RTO Restrictions:** Must include RTO at time of submission.

- **Call Required:** No
- **Float Required:** No
- **Guaranteed Hours:** Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period.
- **Scrub Color:** Navy blue for RNs; L&D/OR scrubs provided.
