Cybersecurity Technical Business AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Technical Business Analyst to support multiple network security initiatives. This individual will work across several projects to gather and document business and technical requirements, develop and maintain process and procedure documentation, and ensure critical project information is captured for ongoing use following implementation.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or technical documentation experience within a cybersecurity environment, with specific hands-on exposure to network security technologies and terminology. This person does not need to be a network security engineer, but must be technical enough to understand conversations involving security technologies, acronyms, architecture, and processes and translate that information into clear, usable documentation.The right candidate will have the following experience:5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Technical Writer, or similar role.Cybersecurity and network security experience is required.Strong familiarity with network security technologies, terminology, and processes.Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.Experience developing processes, procedures, workflows, and technical documentation.Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex cybersecurity discussions into clear, usable documentation.Experience supporting multiple technical projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders.Strong written communication, organization, and documentation skills.Endpoint security or network security experience.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
