Seeking a skilled PowerShell Automation Engineer for a long-term contract position, who will build, maintain, and modernize software deployment workflows remotely, utilizing advanced PowerShell scripting and AI tools to enhance development processes.
Key responsibilities:
Build, customize, and maintain MSI/MSIX application packages and develop robust PowerShell-based scripts for deployment
Design and maintain PowerShell scripts for IT automation, integrating with platforms like Active Directory and Microsoft Graph API
Collaborate with IT and security teams to streamline deployment processes and document packaging standards and automation workflows
Required qualifications:
3+ years of professional PowerShell scripting experience (5.1 and 7+)
Demonstrated experience using AI/agentic coding tools in development workflows
Strong hands-on experience with MSI/MSIX package creation and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of Windows systems administration and Microsoft 365
Experience with REST APIs and secure scripting practices
