We are seeking an experienced Procurement Systems & Process Specialist to play a key role in enhancing procurement operations, business processes, and ERP system performance across a complex international environment. Candidates must have experience working with NetSuite in order to be considered.
Working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams, you will drive process improvements, increase operational efficiency, and ensure purchasing activities are effectively supported through best-practice system utilisation and data management.
Responsibilities: Review, analyse and improve procurement and purchasing workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies within NetSuite.
Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement scalable process solutions within the ERP landscape, with a focus on standardisation and automation.
Configure, enhance and maintain system functionality, including workflows, approval processes, business rules, and reporting capabilities.
Translate operational requirements into practical system solutions while balancing business needs with long-term scalability and governance.
Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics that support purchasing performance and decision making.
Improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of procurement-related master data and system usage across the organisation.
Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to business users, acting as a trusted subject matter expert for procurement system processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
Experience Required: Several years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite
Proven experience working with enterprise ERP platforms in a configuration, optimisation, business systems, or process improvement capacity.
Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, and procure-to-pay processes.
Experience designing, configuring, and enhancing workflows, reporting solutions, dashboards, approval structures, and business processes within an ERP environment.
Ability to assess business requirements, challenge existing ways of working, and develop practical, scalable improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Experience developing KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and operational performance metrics would be advantageous.
Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage initiatives independently and deliver tangible results.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, distribution, or similarly operationally complex business environment would be beneficial.
Fluent German and English language skills.
