Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities Management and development of a highly qualified team of engineers in the field of ELV&LSS
Responsible for the planning, implementation and supervision of projects in the field of electrical low voltage and security systems
Ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with technical and legal requirements in all projects
Working closely with the specialist departments and external partners to optimise processes and systems
Implementation of innovative technologies and solutions in the area of ELV & LSS
Responsibility for budget planning and resource management within the projects and the group
Supporting the further development of technical standards and best practices within the company
Promoting open communication and knowledge sharing within the team
Show Your Expertise Degree in electrical engineering, automation or information technology, alternatively a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the field of ELV (Extreme Low Voltage) and LSS (Life Safety Systems)
Experience in leading and developing teams, ideally in the engineering field
Sound knowledge in the planning, implementation and maintenance of electrical safety and building automation systems
Confident handling of system-relevant norms, standards and regulations
Strong communication skills and team-orientation
Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality when solving complex technical challenges
Very good command of written and spoken German, good command of English also required
