Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous restaurant, kitchen, or leadership experience preferred

- Ability to work evening and night shifts reliably
- Able to close Monday-Saturday
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation practices
- ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong team player with ability to manage performance and behavior issues
