About the Job

The New York Power Authority seeks an experienced attorney to provide legal advice and counsel across NYPA’s business and functional areas, handling complex matters, supervising staff, and drafting opinions and briefs. You may represent NYPA in litigation, arbitration, or negotiations and oversee energy asset acquisitions and project financings.

Must have a JD, NY bar admission, and 8+ years’ experience in energy, litigation, or finance; utility industry background is preferred.
