Bay Area Community Services is hiring Clinical Care Coordinators for the East Bay in a full-time, in-person role within our community mental health programs. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team delivering strength-based and needs-based therapeutic case management, housing navigation, crisis intervention, and wellness activities.
Ideal candidates hold an MSW or equivalent, are registered with the BBS, and have at least two years of social service experience.
