Key Responsibilities Executive Presentation Development Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for complex business scenarios Create executive-ready slides with clear structure, hierarchy, and narrative flow Review presentation quality, clarity, and business relevance Translate complex analysis into concise visual communication Apply strong professional standards to slide-based deliverables Business Scenario Design Design realistic business tasks reflecting Fortune 500 working environments Develop scenarios spanning strategy, finance, operations, sales, marketing, HR, healthcare, technology, retail, or comparable functions Create tasks requiring substantial business judgement and multi-step reasoning Define realistic objectives, constraints, and expected deliverables Ensure scenarios reflect practical professional workflows PowerPoint, Excel & Word Workflows Develop cross-application tasks involving PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Review how data, analysis, and narrative move across Office documents Evaluate consistency between spreadsheets, reports, and presentations Apply strong business-document creation and review practices Support realistic reporting, analysis, presentation, and proposal workflows Office Open XML & .pptx Evaluation Work with Office Open XML document formats Review and refine .pptx-based outputs Evaluate document structure and presentation fidelity Identify formatting, content, or structural issues in generated files Support reliable creation and editing of business documents through AI-assisted workflows LLM Interaction & Iterative Review Collaborate with advanced language models in structured multi-turn workflows Provide clear instructions and refinement requests Compare alternative model-generated deliverables Select stronger outputs based on defined quality dimensions Provide preferences and feedback after each iteration Deliverable Comparison & Quality Assurance Assess two AI-generated deliverables per task turn Compare outputs for accuracy, business quality, clarity, and usability Identify substantive differences between competing versions Apply consistent quality-review standards Explain selection decisions clearly and professionally Business Analysis & Reporting Develop and review reports, analyses, proposals, and executive summaries Interpret business information and translate it into decision-ready content Evaluate whether recommendations are supported by underlying analysis Improve business logic, structure, and communication quality Apply strong commercial and analytical judgement across tasks Feedback & Model Improvement Document observations on AI-generated business documents Provide actionable recommendations for improving model performance Identify recurring weaknesses in document generation or editing Support refinement of AI workflows for real-world Office use cases Contribute professional judgement to model evaluation and training Ideal Profile 3+ years of recent experience working on complex business projects within Fortune 500 companies, top-tier consultancies, or comparable professional environments Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Demonstrated experience creating and reviewing professional business documents Experience with executive presentation development Strong business acumen across one or more industries or functions Experience in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR is highly valuable Ability to design realistic business scenarios and workflows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication ability Strong project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to provide clear and actionable feedback Familiarity with Office Open XML is advantageous Prior experience with LLMs or AI-powered productivity tools is highly desirable Experience in roles
