Your Responsibilities
Assist customers with questions about PayPal services and transactions
Provide support via phone, email, and chat
Understand customer needs and offer clear, helpful solutions
Handle customer information responsibly and accurately
Follow up on enquiries and work with your team to resolve issues
Requirements
Fluent Dutch and good English
Good communication and problem-solving skills
A reliable, organised, and customer-focused approach
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
