Machine Learning Engineer
Location: Hybrid - Seattle, WA
Comp: $190-230k base + startup equity
Our client, a fastgrowing earlystage team, is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to help build a nextgeneration AI inference platform. If you enjoy working at the intersection of ML, systems, and performance engineering - and want to shape core infrastructure from the ground up - this role offers real impact. What You'll Do
Build and optimize ML model deployment + inference pipelines
Develop performance benchmarking, simulation, and optimization workflows
Work closely with systems, cloud, and hardware engineers
Contribute to APIs, tooling, and platformlevel ML infrastructure
What You Bring
3+ years of ML engineering or applied research experience
Strong Python or C++ skills
Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
Background in model optimization, inference efficiency, or performance tuning
Ability to thrive in a fastmoving, highly technical environment
