Dreams 2 Reality Recruitment is seeking a YouTube & Paid Social Media Specialist for a seasonal contractor role. The position is 100% remote and focused on YouTube media planning, buying, and optimization, with additional paid social support for Meta and TikTok during peak demand.

You will work with the Senior Manager of Paid Social to ensure campaigns launch accurately, stay on budget, and continuously improve performance for brand awareness and performance marketing goals.
