Qcells North America is seeking a highly organized Manager, Program Incentives & Compliance to oversee incentive program activity for our community solar and storage portfolio. You will document, register, track, and file across IL Shines and NYSERDA, ensuring continuous eligibility and timely submissions.
The role also supports acquisitions due diligence, tracks REC and incentive payments, and monitors evolving policy/regulatory changes to inform filings and stakeholder communications.
