Nationwide Financial is seeking associates to join its Life, Annuity, and Retirement Solutions customer service teams. You will handle inbound calls, respond to questions, process requests, resolve issues, and educate customers on products and services.
Training lasts about 5–6 weeks with November class starts. After training, a hybrid schedule with two in-office days weekly at Grandview Yard, OH or Scottsdale, AZ, with possible remote work based on role and location.
