We are working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced senior proofreaders who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

About This Opportunity

We are looking for senior proofreaders with 5+ years reviewing, proofing, and quality-checking business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before executive or client delivery to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: board-ready slide deck formatting reviews, financial model and spreadsheet formula audits, executive memo proofing passes, brand and template compliance checklists, client-facing proposal document reviews, and cross-document consistency trackers.

Compensation

$70/hour

Commitment

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
