About the Job

Karntek Ltd is seeking a proactive Financial Controller to lead the finance function and strengthen financial reporting for its fire safety consultancy arm. You will own the month-end close, drive budgeting, forecasting and cash management, and provide commercial insight to the MD and SLT.

You will oversee day-to-day finance operations, manage the Accounts Assistant, and work to improve processes and systems within agreed authority levels. Strong Xero and Excel skills are essential.
