About the Job

ELB Learning is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure every learning deliverable meets accessibility, accuracy, and usability standards before client delivery.

You will review outlines, storyboards, scripts, and courses, test navigation and interactions, verify WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508 compliance, and collaborate with Instructional Designers, Developers, Creative teams, and Project Managers.
