About the Job

Biffa Group is seeking an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our site in the UK. The role involves electrical maintenance inspections and routine repairs to maximise reliability and safety, with a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (12 hours, days and nights) and overtime paid at 1.5x.

You'll work as part of a small team, tackling planned and reactive maintenance, plant upgrades, and preventative maintenance programmes, while maintaining SHEQ standards and accurate documentation.
