Solutions Architect (.NET, React/Next.js, Azure & AI) Senior Solutions Architect –.NET, Azure & AI
Campbell, CA | Hybrid – 3 days onsite 6-Month Contract | Possible Extension
We're looking for a hands-on Solutions Architect to design and build secure, scalable, cloud-native and AI-enabled applications for a technology client in the mobility, immigration, remote work and travel space.
What You'll Do
Design and develop enterprise solutions using C#,.NET, ASP.NET Core, React, Next.js and TypeScript.
Architect and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure, including PaaS, APIs, microservices and distributed systems.
Design REST and event-driven integrations and scalable cloud architectures.
Build and integrate AI/GenAI capabilities, including LLM APIs, RAG, prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
Leverage AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot or similar.
Drive architecture decisions, technical design, security, performance and engineering best practices.
Work closely with architects, engineers and product teams to turn business requirements into practical technical solutions.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on architecture experience.
Strong C#/.NET + Azure background.
Solid React/Next.js/TypeScript experience.
Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, APIs and cloud architecture.
Production experience with AI/GenAI or agentic development.
Excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly explain and defend architectural decisions.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $65/Hr. to $70/hr.
