We are seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to support our growing network of healthcare facilities throughout Arizona.
Qualifications
- Current, active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience in patient evaluations, rehabilitation, mobility training, and individualized treatment planning.
- Strong communication, clinical documentation, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently within their scope of practice while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
Depending on the assignment, Physical Therapists may be responsible for:
- Conducting patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, balance, and physical function.
- Developing and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Providing therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation interventions.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Documenting patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress.
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
- Supporting a safe, effective, and patient-centered rehabilitation environment.
