You will lead an E-AIT team responsible for Assembly, Integration and Test of complex space systems.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You are expected to stay close to the engineering work while taking full ownership of team performance, delivery and outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of execution, people and delivery under real project constraints.
If you are looking for a pure management role, this is not it.

Your Profie Strong engineering background (Aerospace, Electrical, Systems or similar)
Extensive hands on experience in space systems in complex technical environments, ideally space systems / satellites
Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role, guiding multi-disciplinary engineering teams
You take responsibility rather than escalati
Clear thinking, structured approach, strong execution mindset
Ability to switch between technical depth and system-level view
Direct communication style and the ability to handle difficult situations
High level of ownership, resilience and accountability
