Your Prospective Job: For our client, a provider for the aviation and space programs industry, we are looking for you as a Manufacturing Engineer / Lean Manager (m/f/d) located in Blankenfelde-Mahlow.
Your Responsibilities: Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and support Zero Harm objectives
Maintain consistently delivery of products meeting quality and regulatory requirements
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and Right First Time (RFT) manufacturing
Develop, implement, validate, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, digital systems, and methods of manufacture
Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery performance, and lead times
Analyse process and production data to identify trends, improve capability, and support decision-making
Support technical problem-solving activities and investigate manufacturing, quality, and product safety issues
Work collaboratively with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to achieve business objectives
Capture, share, and implement lessons learned and best practices across the organisation
Provide technical guidance and coaching to colleagues
Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and external partners
Your Profile: Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable
Experience in Production Planning, Process Optimization and Lean Management
Skills and knowledge in Six Sigma are advantageous
Fluent English skills spoken and written
